How S-1 works

S-1 is organized like a research file rather than a news feed. Each study asks what the business is becoming, where the economics come from, and what could invalidate the thesis.

Business modelWhat is the company actually selling?
RelationshipWho owns the customer and distribution?
EconomicsWhere do cash flow and leverage come from?
Open questionsWhat would change the conclusion?
